An Introduction to Food Hygiene

The Food Hygiene Online Course is designed to give you the basic information and ground rules for safe handling and storage of food. This includes temperature controls, safe storage, waste disposal, introduction to HACCP. You will also be directed to your organisations policies and procedures, as well as HACCP guidance, depending in your role and responsibilities.

Food hygiene is not just a matter of making the premises look clean, it’s about keeping people safe and well by making sure food is prepared, cooked and stored in suitable environments.

When you successfully complete this course, you will be able to download your Certificate of Achievement immediately!
