Who is this course for?
The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace. It is aimed at learners working in a management role in any sector.
To be able to provide evidence for this qualification, you must be working in an office environment.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time is 550 hours, of which 284 hours are recommended as guided learning hours.
You will be required to produce a portfolio of evidence, with the support of your assessor. There are 5 mandatory units that you will need to complete, as well as choosing some optional units with your assessor.

Your assessor will support you to provide suitable evidence, which can include records of discussions, work products, observations, witness testimonies, assignments and recognition of prior learning.

It is recommended that learners have a level 2 in English and maths, or equivalent, before enrolling onto this course. This qualification is approved for delivery to learners aged 16+.
