We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the website, but access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time. We assume no responsibility for the contents of any other websites to which the website has links.

Intellectual property

The copyright in the material contained in the website, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to Approach Training Safely Limited, its subsidiaries or the providers of such information. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing. You shall retain ownership of all copyright in data you submit to the website. You grant us a world-wide exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner.

Exclusions of liability

We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data on the website is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the website.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.

1. General

1.1. By ordering any of our courses you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 Any breach of this agreement and the terms contained within will render you liable pursuant to the provisions of clause 8.1 below

1.2. Approach Training Safely Limited reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access to online access and/or cease to provide the Services where you are in breach of any of these terms;
  • delete, vary or change any content at any time; and
  • terminate or cancel orders.

Password use

1.4. You remain at all times responsible and liable for any and all activities if online access is accessed using your account details and password.

1.5. You shall ensure that any password you choose in order to gain online access remains confidential at all times.

1.6. In the event that you either lose your password or account details or become aware that a third party may have access to or is using your password or account details you shall notify us immediately.

Confidential Information

1.7. Any registration information requested from you by Approach Training Safely Limited to gain online access or purchase a / course / s must be complete, accurate and current.

1.8. If any registration details change you must notify us of those changes immediately.


2.1 This section governs the sale of a / course / s to you; the provision of the Services and any materials provided by Approach Training Safely Limited


2.2 Payment for any course undertaken must be received in full prior to the course delivery.

2.3 Approach Training Safely Limited reserves the right to change the price of courses at any time.


3.1 Approach Training Safely Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any order received to purchase a / course / s under these terms.

3.2 If applicable, a / course / s will normally be dispatched within 1 hour of purchase.

3.3 Although we make every effort to ensure that a / course / s will be available at the time of order please note that system dispatch times are estimated.


3.4 If any of the course materials and software are defective or missing you must notify Approach Training Safely Limited immediately.

3.5 Clause 3.6 does not apply where Approach Training Safely Limited has notified you that the course materials and software will be provided in installments.

3.6 Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


4.1 If you wish to cancel an order you should, as soon as possible, e-mail info@approachtrainingsafely.co.uk

4.2 Once purchased, you will be given 3 days in which you can cancel your course. To obtain a deposit refund, you MUST NOT have accessed any of the course materials. If accessed, your deposit is non-refundable.

4.3 If the 3 days has passed and materials have been accessed, you are liable for the full amount of the course. You are not entitled to any refund.



5.1 By purchasing a course bundle, you are agreeing to a long term learning plan with Approach Training Safely Ltd.

5.2 By purchasing a course bundle, you are agreeing to complete more than one course with Approach Training Safely Ltd.

5.3 Approach Training Safely Ltd terms and conditions apply to each course purchased.


6.1 The Intellectual Property Rights in the course(s), materials and the software are owned by and shall remain vested in Approach Training Safely Ltd or its licensors.

6.2 You agree that you will not

  • (a) Rent;
  • (b) lease,
  • (c) sub-license,
  • (d) loan,
  • (e) copy,
  • (f) modify,
  • (g) adapt,
  • (h) translate,
  • (i) reverse engineer,
  • (j) decompile,
  • (k) disassemble in any way.

6.3 By agreeing to these terms we procure that Approach Training Safely Limited grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Course only for your own personal use and for completing the course.

6.4 The licence granted to you to access online content shall be personal to you and non-transferable.


7.1 We may terminate the agreement set out in these terms if:

  • you are in material breach (including non-payment) of any provision of these terms which is not remediable or,
  • you carry out any unauthorised act with regard to the course which infringes our Intellectual Property Rights.
